Your journey begins in Cairo, where you will view the Great Sphinx, the Stepped Pyramids and visit Sakkara and Memphis. From Cairo, fly to Aswan to board your three night cruise up the Nile to Luxor. Visit the Temple of Edfu and felucca around Elephantine Island. After cruising the Nile, enjoy an evening in Luxor before flying to the beaches of Sharm El Sheikh where you will have free time to explore the city before returning to Cairo for your retun flight back to the USA. Day 4: (Thursday) CairoAfter breakfast, you will proceed with a days sightseeing, visiting the Famous Egyptian Museum, Citadel of Saladin and the Alabaster mosque of Mohammed Ali and the Old Bazaars of Khan El Khalili.Accommodation: Cairo(B)
Day 5: (Friday) Cairo to AswanTransfer to Cairo airport and board your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your cruise ship. There is an option to join an Abu Simbel Excursion prior lunch(optional extra. Embarkation and lunch onboard the cruise. This afternoon, tour by felucca around Elephantine Island, the Botanical garden and the Agha Khan. Dinner and overnight on board your cruise ship in Aswan.Accommodation: Aswan on board (B,L,D)
Day 6: (Saturday) Aswan to EdfuAfter breakfast on board, you will visit the highlights or Aswan, including the High Dam, The Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae. Reboard your cruise ship for lunch and sail north to Kom-Ombo, where you will visit the Temple of Kom-Ombo, a temple dedicated for the Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Continue sailing to Edfu.Accommodation: Edfu on board (B,L,D)
Day 7: (Sunday) Edfu to LuxorFollowing Breakfast enjoy a visit to the Temple of Edfu during sailing to Esna. Cross Esna Lock and continue sailing to Luxor. Enjoy your final evening aboard.Accommodation: Luxor on board (B,L,D)
Day 8: (Monday) LuxorDismebark this morning and visit the West Bank of Luxor which includes The Colossi of Memenon, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari and the Valley of Kings. Transfer to your overnight hotel.Accommodation: Luxor (B)
Day 9: (Tuesday) Luxor to Sharm El SheikhAfter breakfast you will be transferred to Luxor Airport to board your flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.Accommodation: Sharm El Sheikh(B,L,D)
Day 10: (Wednesday) Sharm El SheikFree day at leisure to enjoy the great sun and sea of this beautiful seaside town..Accommodation: Sharm El Sheikh (B,L,D)
Day 11: (Thursday) Sharm El SheikFree day at leisure to enjoy Sharm El Sheik, or perhaps take a local tour. Depart Sharm El Sheik and board your flight to Cairo. Transfer to your hotel upon arrival.Accommodation: Cairo (B)
Day 12 (Friday) Return to USA (B)After breakfast, you will be transferred back to Cairo airport for your return flight home.
