We all have our favorite Italian Restaurant but this package gives you the knowledge to cook great Italian food at home. Along with visiting the wonderful cities of Rome and Florence you will be taught the secrets of Italian cuisine with cooking classes. While at your hotel in Trevi you will master Italian cooking and then enjoy your labors for lunch with the perfect wine pairing from the hotel's Sommelier.

    Vacation Package Itinerary

    Day 1: Depart United States

    Day 2: Arrive Florence

  • Upon arriving in Florence you will make your own way to your Hotel to check in. Remainder of day at your leisure
  • Hotel in Florence: Hotel will vary (B)

    Day 3: Florence

  • Complimentary continental breakfast. Remainder of day at your leisure.
  • Hotel in Florence: Hotel will vary (B)

    Day 4: Florence to Trevi

  • Complimentary continental breakfast. You will travel by train to the town of Trevi. Upon arrival after 2:00 pm you will make your own way to the Antica Dimora alla Rocca Hotel and enjoy your afternoon at your leisure.
  • Enjoy a Trevano five-course dinner complete with aperitif (all other beverages are not included).

    Day 5: Trevi

  • Complimentary full breakfast followed by a two-and-a-half hour cooking class with the hotel chef. For lunch you will dine on the prepared meals with Umbrian wines suggested by the sommelier.
  • Your free afternoon can be spent visiting Olive Mill and sampling olive oil bruschetta (transportation not included).
  • For dinner savor a five-course meal with aperitif (all other beverages not included).
  • Trevi: Antica Dimora alla Rocca Hotel (B,L,D)

    Day 6: Trevi

  • Complimentary full breakfast followed by a two-and-a-half hour cooking class with the hotel chef. For lunch you will dine on the prepared meals with Umbrian wines suggested by the sommelier.
  • Spend your free afternoon visiting the Flash Museum of Contemporary Art and exploring the picturesque centre of Trevi.
  • For dinner you will enjoy an aperitif and a five course meal (all other beverages are not included).
  • Trevi: Antica Dimora alla Rocca Hotel (B,L,D)

    Day 7: Trevi to Rome

  • Complimentary full breakfast followed by a two-and-a-half hour cooking class with the hotel chef. For lunch you will dine on the prepared meals with Umbrian wines suggested by the sommelier. After lunch you will make your own way to the rail station for your train to Rome. Upon arrival in Rome you will make your own way to your hotel. Remaining day at your leisure.

    It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to obtain the necessary documents for travel, not excluding passports and visas. A valid passport is normally the only requirement for U.S. citizens. Visa requirements do change without notice and vary by nationality. Please check with the consulate office of the destination country as to visa requirements.

    Restrictions
    Prices are per person based on double occupancy and a 21-day advance purchase. Purchases within 21 days will incur additional fees. Air carrier used in the package is based on gateway and availability at time of booking and multiple flights connections may be necessary. Flight departure times may be at any time on your requested departure day. Surcharges up to $50 per person each way may apply for travel Thursday through Monday depending on travel dates. Air taxes/Government-imposed fees/surcharges are excluded. These fees are in addition to the package prices and will be added to invoice. Travel is valid for these dates only. Certain other restrictions may apply, and offer is subject to change without notice. No request will be processed until full payment is received. Once submitted your request can take at least 24 hours to confirm. 2nd and 3rd choices for travel dates are highly recommended.
